Phillip T. (Terry) Ragon
首席执行官&创始人

Terry Ragon为专业应用程序开发员已服务了长达25年之久。自从InterSystems公司1978年创建以来,他领导公司跨越了客户/服务器萌芽期到今天的基于网络的应用程序开发,使公司成为在世界范围拥有客户的一个主流数据库供应商。

在创立InterSystems公司之前,Ragon参与创建了今天为我们所知的IDX Systems公司,这一公司是医疗卫生应用程序的主要供应商。自70年代以来,他致力于高性能的数据库技术的研究, 并一直为美国国家标准局、达特茅斯大学和Digital Equipment公司提供咨询服务。

John McCormick
首席营运官

在计算机业拥有超过25年经验的John McCormick于1992年作为首席营运官加入InterSystems公司。这一职位有效的发挥和运用了他大量的软件技术知识和行业经验。

在加入InterSystems之前McCormick是Information Systems有限公司总裁。这一公司为制造业部门提供软件解决方案。他还曾担任过IBM旗下的俱乐部主管和销售代表。

McCormick 毕业于耶鲁大学,并获得了宾西法尼亚州大学沃顿商学院的工业管理硕士学位。


Paul Grabscheid
副总裁, 负责战略规划

自1986年以来,Paul Grabscheid在InterSystems公司一直将其在数据库和应用程序开发工具和技术方面的专业知识应用于多种产品规划和营销任务中。在此之前,他是Mathematica公司的营销总监。这是一个数据库和4GL软件公司,他主要负责公司在全球范围内拓展业务。当公司被Martin Marietta 兼并时,他又是该公司信息技术分公司的营销总监,负责监管大量系统软件、应用程序和计算机服务产品的销售工作。

Susan M. Ragon

在成为消费电子业的销售主管后,Susan Ragon于1985年加入InterSystems公司。Ragon曾帮助建立该组织的核心基础结构并担任几个执行级别的职位,包括财务、行政、销售和档案管理总监。在她现任的职务中,Ragon负责监管财务、人事、办事处服务和InterSystems世界范围的办事处网络的特别项目。


Joe DeSantis
面向对象的软件开发主管

Joe DeSantis 主管InterSystems公司面向对象的技术开发。他过去在Liant软件公司担任研究开发副总裁,主要负责产品前景、结构和面向对象的开发工具。

Robert Nagle

Robert Nagle主管InterSystems公司的系统软件部门。在加入InterSystems公司之前的五年里他在哈佛大学进行分子建模和高性能计算处理的研究。

此前,Robert Nagle曾在Molecular Simulations Inc.担任总经理和副总裁,负责生命科学市场和技术研发。 他还分别在Automatix、Cognition和 Computervision任技术经理及高级经理。

John Paladino
客户服务总监

John Paladino主管InterSystems公司的支持、质量保证、内部计算机操作和客户培训工作。自1984年加入InterSystems 公司以来,他协助自动支持跟踪系统和针对所有InterSystems公司软件产品的客户培训程序的开发、创建和应用了为提高响应度和客户满意度而设计的服务标以及进行了多个国内外的团队建设。

Richard Deutsch
全球市场总监

Richard Deutsch主管InterSystems公司的市场推广业务,负责全球范围内的公司市场项目。
Deutsch在1995年加盟InterSystems之前,在IBM工作了12年。在此期间,他主要负责IBM市场和信息交流管理。此前,Deutsch 是一家设计和广告代理公司的总裁和创意总监,并曾担任一家电子产品零售公司的市场部副总裁。

Richard Deutsch毕业于哈佛大学。

Kerry Stratton
医疗卫生董事总经理

Kerry Stratton拥有30多年向全球医疗卫生机构提供技术解决方案的丰富经理,在InterSystems全球销售团队以及在医疗卫生策略的开发和执行方面扮演着重要角色。

加盟InterSystems之前,Kerry Stratton在著名的医疗卫生技术创新者TrakHealth公司担任首席执行官。他于1991年创建了TrakHealth,并率领公司成为向全球20多个国家、300多个医疗卫生机构提供完全集成、先进的医院信息系统的领导者。

Kerry Stratton还曾担任澳大利亚医疗卫生和交通应用提供商Hoyden-Spike董事总经理;在实验室、放射医学及其它被Reston公司收购的临床系统提供商Détente Systems 公司担任总监;在英国领先的船运公司P&O担任IT总监。此前,Kerry Stratton在澳大利亚悉尼最大的医疗检测实验室之一的Pathology and Allied Services担任医学科学家。

Kerry Stratton毕业于澳大利亚悉尼医学院。

Matthew Nee
副总裁, 负责北美销售

Matthew Nee拥有20多年在互联网和高科技软件部门的工作经验。在最初作为Gulf Oil 的工程师接受培训后,Matthew Nee曾在支持、生产管理、咨询和销售领域任过职。

曾作为Powersoft的北美销售副总裁和NetObjects的世界销售和营运高级副总裁,Matt成功建立和管理了这个多层次的企业、渠道和商业发展销售集团,创造了超过一亿美元的收益。

Matt拥有金融专业MBA学位、机械工程学士学位,是注册职业工程师。

Ron Sullivan
VP and General Manager, Federal Sector, United States

Ron Sullivan joined InterSystems in 2004 to lead all U.S. federal business efforts. He has been active in the federal information technology market for the past 25 years.

Sullivan previously was the vice president/general manager for PeopleSoft Federal and led the Commercial Healthcare Group with SAIC for six years in the mid to late 1990s. Sullivan is a retired military officer with assignments in Desert Storm, DOD Health Affairs, Trimis Army, Madigan Army Medical Center, and several command positions. He holds an MBA from George Washington University, a Master of Arts from Webster’s University, and a BBA from The College of William and Mary.

Tom Lowry
Sales Manager, Western Regional Sales Manager

Tom Lowry joined InterSystems in 2005 with over 25 years of international and domestic sales and sales management experience. Prior to joining InterSystems, Lowry was responsible for the US sales team of Vitria Technology, a global provider of enterprise application integration software and services. Before Vitria, as Vice President of US Sales and Operations of BAAN, he managed the North American Sales and Operations for this supplier of enterprise manufacturing and distribution software.

Lowry has held senior management positions at top software, services, and hardware firms. He was a key member of System Software Associates management team, running their South Asia operations from Singapore and US Director of Manufacturing Business development for KPMG Consulting, now BearingPoint.

Graham Frost
集团董事、董事总经理,主管英国/南非/中东(不包括以色列)业务

Jean-Pierre Giannetti
Country Sales Manager, Italy

Jean-Pierre Giannetti has over 10 years of international experience in software sales and sales management. In 1995 he led the Italian division of Rhones-Alpes International, where he created a sales network and defined the commercial strategy for the Italian distribution channel. He then went on to plan and create sales strategies in Europe, the U.S., and Japan, concentrating on technology products, software applications, and integration platforms.

Giannetti joined InterSystems in December of 2002. In April of 2005 he was named Sales Manager for Italy, where he has focused on healthcare and the development of healthcare IT.

Giannetti has a degree in International Management at the University of Lyon - France and a Master in International Sales from the University of Turin - Italy.

Henrik Steen Madsen
Sales Manager, Scandinavia

Henrik Madsen joined InterSystems as sales manager in 2003, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry.

Prior to joining InterSystems, Madsen worked in sales, sales management, and consulting roles with companies including Olivetti, AST Computer, and Ehuset/CSC Denmark. He most recently was the managing director of an online real estate and property management company. Madsen has a degree in Marketing Management & Strategy from Copenhagen Business School.

Mats Sandstrom
Country Manager, Finland

Before joining InterSystems as a country sales manager in 2003, Mats Sandstrom was the Business Manager of Ariba’s Finland branch, and the Finland Area Director for Baan.

Sandstrom has 20 years of sales and marketing experience, mostly with large international companies like 3M, IBM, Baan, and Ariba. With more than a decade of experience in the IT business, he has focused on developing new business for enterprise software solutions.

Sandstrom majored in International Marketing at the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki, where he earned a M.S degree in Economics.

Tristan Debove
Country Sales Manager, France

Tristan Debove joined InterSystems France in 2005 with 15 years of sales and management experience in the IT business to his credit. Before joining InterSystems he successfully launched NetIQ France, where he was country manager.

Debove started his career at Procter & Gamble before joining Rank Xerox as a major account manager. In the course of his career he has started the fledgling computer division of Panasonic France, and worked for BMC Software as a major accounts manager, and as Product Director for their EAI and ERP business.

Debove graduated as engineer from the Arts & Métiers School of Lille. He also holds a business management degree from the IAE of Aix and an MBA from UCLA.

Eric Spannenburg
Country Sales Manager, Benelux Region

Eric Spannenburg joined InterSystems in 2006 as Country Sales Manager for the Benelux office.  Over the course of more than 24 years in IT, he has held various Sales Manager, Country/Branch Manager, and Business Development positions with companies including UMX Technologies, ON Technology, IBM/Lotus, and EMC2. Most recently, Spannenburg was the Business Development Manager for the Belgium and Luxembourg organization within Siebel Systems.

Spannenburg holds a degree in Economics from Brussels Free University.

Henry Adams
Country Manager, South Africa

Henry Adams joined InterSystems as Country Manager in November 2001, bringing with him a wealth of business and technology experience in the South African IT industry. Prior to joining InterSystems, Adams worked for a number of organizations including Burroughs Computers, McDonnell Douglas Information Systems, and a mainframe computer distributor.

Adams’ experience also includes 10 years spent building his own group of technology companies operating in the SAP implementation arena, open systems hardware and support, database distribution, and a number of vertical application areas. Adams holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in marketing and management from the University of Natal, Durban, South Africa.

Jörg Klingler

Peter Schulte
Sales Manager, Central Europe (Germany)

Peter Schulte has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare IT, managing complex software projects as a consultant for several companies. He came to InterSystems in 1995, after being Head of System Development at the Arcos and CompuDent divisions of CompuGroup, one of the leaders in medical software.

Schulte was co-author of the first book about object-oriented application development using the Caché database, published by Springer in 1999. His broad knowledge in both technology and markets has helped InterSystems consistently expand in central Europe.

Nickolay Krechetov
Country Manager, Russia

Nicklay Krechetov joined InterSystems in 1997 as head of our Russian office, with responsibility for CIS and the Baltic countries. He has over 10 years of experience in software sales and sales management.

Before joining InterSystems, Krechetov was a developer, building healthcare systems on Caché for one of our application partners. He graduated with honors from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute with a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics

Michal Tomek
Sales Manager, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic

Michal Tomek joined InterSystems in 1998, and currently serves as sales manager for the Czech and Slovak Republics with responsibilities for Eastern Europe.

Tomek has 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He started his career as an IT manager at Railway Hospital in Prague, where he was responsible for unifying the railway healthcare information system. After 1989 he worked as a development manager in the field of expert systems and artificial intelligence in the financial services industry. Later, he joined SMS as head of localization and development, establishing its presence in the Czech Republic.

Tomek holds a Master's degree in Cybernetics from the Czech Technical University.

Rudolf Waldispühl
Country Manager, Switzerland
Rudolf Waldispühl joined InterSystems in 2003 as head of our Swiss office. During his career, Waldispühl has acquired considerable knowledge of building both direct and indirect sales channels and business solutions. Prior to joining InterSystems, Waldispühl spent 15 years as CEO of Novell Switzerland, CEO of Lotus Development AG, and in different international sales management positions, as well as Country Manager for Tandem Computers. He started his IT career 25 years ago as “systems and solution architect” with FIDES-Informatics and Hewlett-Packard.

Waldispühl holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Zurich and received a diploma for Computer Science from FH Lucerne. He is a graduate of University of St.Gallen with a degree in Business Administration.

Carlos López Bravo
总经理,主管西班牙、葡萄牙业务

Carlos Eduardo Kühl Nogueira

Luis Volkweis
Country Sales Manager, Chile

With 20 years of experience in the IT Industry, Luis Volkweis joined InterSystems Chile in 2006 as Country Manager. Before that, Volkweis spent 10 years working for the biggest Oracle Distributor for Latin America as a Regional Director, initially in Brazil and afterwards in Latin America. He has managed several start-up operations in Brazil, Argentina, and Chile.

Volkweis graduated from the School of Business Administration at the Pontificia Universidade Católica in Brazil. He also holds a Master´s degree from the FGV Business School in São Paulo.

Vir Chopra
Chairman, India

Vir Chopra brings over 25 years of management experience to InterSystems India. Prior to his direct association with InterSystems he spent four years building up a distribution company in India for InterSystems. Chopra spent the previous 13 years in the Sultanate of Oman as the General Manager and Director of a large business group that had activities in many different sectors including computer hardware, application and custom software, and technical education. When he left Oman he was a Director on the board of several companies, and his experience had spanned a wide spectrum of businesses internationally. Chopra has a Ph. D. from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Denis Tebbutt
董事总经理,澳大利亚

Denis Tebbutt 于2002年加入InterSystems,担任澳大利亚区董事总经理。他拥有25年国际IT运营和商业管理经验。

加盟InterSystems之前,Denis Tebbutt在全球零售银行系统和服务供应商Financial Network Services负责全球运营。此前,他在悉尼Policy Management Systems公司担任董事总经理,负责向金融服务部门提供综合的外包服务及解决方案等三项业务(现在属于CSC)的整合。

Denis Tebbutt在多个著名的软件、服务和硬件公司担任过高级管理职位。80年代期间,他是Prime Computer European Management团队的核心成员。之后,他曾相继担任过系列高级管理职位,包括在Scientific Computers担任CEO,在集成4GL和数据库解决方案开发商Seachange担任主席。

Tsugutoshi Sakayori
InterSystems公司日本分公司总裁

Tsugutoshi Sakayori于2003年加入InterSystems公司。他拥有30多年的从事IT业的经验。他过去的职务包括:Broadvision Japan KK总裁、 Manugistics Japan KK 总裁以及SAP Japan Western Region 总经理。作为日本IBM公司的ERP业务总经理Sakayori在第二年内就使这个初出茅庐的单位成长为一个拥有5000万美元资产的企业。

Sakayori拥有横滨大学的数学学士学位。

项乃钢 Francis Hsiang
大中华区总经理

项乃钢先生于2007年加入InterSystems,担任大中华区总经理一职。

项乃钢先生拥有30多年IT技术知识和IT管理经验,其中极大部份时间专注于医疗卫生领域。加盟InterSystems之前,项乃钢先生在日立数据系统公司担任解决方案部门总监,负责所有解决方案销售及实施。在此之前,他曾在ChinaCare担任项目总监、在香港最大的私营医疗机构卓健(Quality Healthcare)担任首席运营官、在香港医管局(Hospital Authority)IT部门担任首席技术官。此外,项乃钢先生还曾在IBM、中国银行及香港政府就职。

项乃钢先生毕业于芝加哥Illinois大学计算机专业。


以色列

Yossi Shalom
Country Manager, Israel

Yossi Shalom joined InterSystems in 2005 as head of its Israel office and country manager, with responsibility for Israel, Turkey, and Greece.

Shalom previously spent seven years with Oracle Corporation managing the Israeli software vendor and technology provider community, and four years as country manager, Israel, for Mercury Interactive. Shalom established indirect sales channels for Oracle and set up business and technology development relationships with telecommunications, finance, and healthcare software vendors. With Mercury Interactive Shalom developed an emerging market for software quality assurance automation and load testing technology that included marketing, sales, and support. Shalom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Business Management, and Economics from Tel-Aviv Open University, and an Executive MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
