About the Caché Single-user License
What is Caché Single-user?
As its name suggests, the Caché Single-user license is a single-user version of InterSystems Caché. It includes all of the development and deployment capabilities of larger Caché implementations except the ability to network with other Caché systems and to connect terminals, instruments, or similar external input devices. Although it is limited to a single user, Caché Single-user can run twelve concurrent processes.
On what platforms is Caché Single-user available?
Caché PC is available for Windows, Mac OS X, Red Hat Linux, and SuSE Linux.
Does Caché Single-user include materials to help me learn Caché?
Yes, Caché includes a complete online documentation set as well several Caché tutorials.
What is the difference between a Registered license and an Unregistered license?
Caché Single-user is available in two forms: Registered and Unregistered. Unregistered licenses are for evaluation purposes only. If you wish to deploy a small application based on the Caché Single-user license, you must register it, and pay a small fee.
